The PS-LX310BT turntable does indeed include a built-in phono preamp, so there’s no need to purchase a separate one. This allows you to connect the turntable directly to most audio systems, powered speakers, or even use its Bluetooth feature right out of the box. On the back of the unit, you’ll find a switch that lets you select between "Phono" mode (for connecting to an amplifier with a dedicated phono input) and "Line" mode (which activates the internal preamp for connection to standard AUX inputs).
