• A:Answer I have mine in one. It needs a little clearance for the dust cover to open, so a shelf immediately above it isn’t the best, but any shelf that can hold tall books or is tall enough for records themselves will be more than enough space.

Q: QuestionI have a JBL bluetooth speaker and I can't control the volume. I have to adjust the volume on the bluetooth device from my phone and when the record player is connected to my speaker I can't control the volume from my phone

• A:Answer Yeah you can't, It has to be from the speaker to control the volume from. The only way you can control the volume from the phone is maybe if your speaker has an app or if it's connected TO your phone.

• A:Answer The unit does not have speakers built in. It does come with Bluetooth. So any BT speak will sync to it. It also has connections for a pair of speakers on the back. You do not have to buy speakers. However if you want a better overall sound I would invest in some speakers.
