Don't know the direct answer but one solution is to get a UPS with a battery. This TV draws such a little amount of power that even a small UPS would hold the power for a long time.

Wait approximately 40 seconds for the TV to completely start up. 3. On the TV remote control, press and hold the UP ARROW button. 4. While holding the UP ARROW button, press and release the POWER button on the TV set. 5. Release the UP ARROW button. Thanks. >Joffrey
