Hi gt, thanks for reaching out! We can certainly assist you with that. The BRAVIA Theater Bar 6 itself is not capable of connecting directly to headphones. It is designed to receive audio from your TV and fill the room with sound, so it doesn't have the hardware to send that sound out to a headset. If you’re looking to listen privately, you can definitely connect your headphones (wired or wireless) directly to your TV instead. Just keep in mind that once your TV detects your headphones, it will automatically mute the soundbar. Essentially, the system is designed to play through one or the other, rather than both at the same time.
