  • Questionjust bought bravia 7 75 inch does this sound bar create bass ? or do i have to purchase sub woofer?

    Asked by tony.

    • Answer Yes the Bar 8 has limited bass capabilities based on its size and purpose. I added the wireless SW-5 Subwoofer to offload all the bass duties and it was a Gamechanger for my sound system. Good luck.

The soundbar weighs approximately 10.4 lbs and includes its own wall-mount brackets and a template for precise installation. For integrated setups, this model is also specifically compatible with the Sony SU-WB1 soundbar mount. Thanks for choosing Sony. Best regards, Eliab

  • QuestionHow do you adjust the treble?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hi! Thank you for reaching out! We understand you're looking to adjust the treble on your HT-A9000. The HT-A9000 does not have a dedicated, user-adjustable treble control. The system is designed to automatically optimize the sound field based on its environment and the content being played. While there isn't a direct treble knob, you might find that exploring the different sound modes or optimizing the sound field through the "Sound Field Optimization" feature can help fine-tune the audio to your preference. • QuestionDoes the Bravia theater soundbar 9 have the ability to connect my svs sb-3000 sub to it? does it have a wired sub out connection?

    Asked by kmp0506.

    • Answer Hi kmp0506, We appreciate your inquiry about the compatibility of the soundbar with your SVS SB-3000. Unfortunately, the BRAVIA Theater Bar 9 does not feature a subwoofer output port for either passive or active wired subwoofers. The BRAVIA Theater Bar 9 is only compatible with the following wireless subwoofers: • SASW3 - 200 W of sound from a compact bass reflex subwoofer with a 160 mm driver. • SASW5 - 300 W of deep, rich bass from a 180 mm driver with a passive radiator. Having two types of subwoofer allows the built-in subwoofer in the BRAVIA Theater Bar 9 to handle bass and vocals with the optional wireless subwoofer focusing on low-range sound. I hope this helps. Regards, Jess
