QuestionI bought these about a month ago, they seemed to work well and battery lasted a while. They suddenly stopped working. They needed to be charged and when I plugged them the red light went on and back off. Now they won't turn on. Anything I can do?

- Answer Not sure, but I usually reboot my earphones by going into Settings on your computer. Disconnect, then reconnect Bluetooth. I hope this is helpful.

- Answer No they do not retract the small bead that is attached to the ear pieces wire are for adjusting the length of wire for comfort but I never worry about it

- Answer Every tv is different but I was able to link the earbuds thru the dish satellite menu. Look in settings then blue tooth audio then find devices. You only have to do it once. Good luck.

QuestionI have small ears and having problems finding one’s that don’t hurt. I had a great set of Sony that fit but you stopped making them and they were not wireless they hooked behind the ears and never fell out. Had the best sound.

- Answer No problem as long as your TV provides Bluetooth connectivity. Mine did not but my Apple TV does so i paired with that device with video going to my TV. Works flawlessly.
