“I have the Sony Bluetooth WI-C400 headset and would like to connect it to my Ipad 4. It is on IOS 9.3.5 and says its up to date. The iPad won't find the device, but it works as I connect it to my Samsung Galaxy S phone after disconnecting from phone”

Hi DMAN, the iOS devices this headphone works with are the iPod touch and iPhones (iOS 5.0 or later). Thanks, -Mark
