“Can I remove the little lifts on bottom of the subwoofer so I can attach sound isolation feet? Do they screw off? I live on second floor and don't want to upset my neighbors below. Thanks”

Matt, the SA-CS9 Model does not have any lifts already on the sub. It comes with little peel rubber feet you can attach so you should be good on installing some isolation feet. I wouldn't screw any feet into the bottom but maybe some strong adhesive would do.
