“I cannot get the subwoofer to work with my Sony - 725W 5.2-Ch. Hi-Res 4K Ultra HD A/V Home Theater Receiver, STRDH590. Sound cord connected w/AV, power on Subwoofer is green. Must I hook up the speakers directly to subwoofer & then subwoofer to AV?”

• I have mine hooked up into my Onkyo receiver. Check the settings on your receiver

• I connected my subwoofer to the top subwoofer connector on the back of the receiver
