Will this work with a Samsung 3-d blueray player? null

You will need a sub woofer coaxial output or a speaker level output (speaker wires). You could use rca stereo outputs (red and white) with a Y connector to the sub. Those are the only connections for it. If you have other speakers already then you can connect the sub off it. Go to sonys website to see the ways to "daisy chain" the connection.
