“I have a Sony STR-K740 receiver DTS digital which was a Home Entertainment System 5.1 when I bought it years ago. I have my DVD, VCR, CD player hooked up to my Samsung HMDI TV It works fine. But now my sub woofer has burned out. Will this sub woofer work?”

• Yes. I have an older Sony 5.1 receiver as well and my sub died. Hooked up the same as the old one via the same RCA cable.
