• Yes I couldn't use the subwoofer single cable but I was able to use it by using the speaker hook up with my speaker cords.....it works very well

• Hi Duck, The receiver must support 2 subwoofer option and must have an additional subwoofer port. Kindly check with the manufacturer of your A/V receiver for its specifications. ~Ralph

• If you have the port in the back for sub2 you should be able. Check with your avr model guide to be sure
