You connect the speakers to an amplifier with speaker wire, not RCA cables. You then connect the phono player to the amp/receiver into the phono input with the RCA cables. You can't connect speakers directly to a turntable. You won't get any sound that way.

These are passive speakers and doesn't have PHONO input jack or analog input jack which standard turntables required. It uses speaker wires for connection. You will have to connect the speakers to the speaker output terminals of an amplifier using the speaker cords (not supplied), to which you will also connect the record player using the RCA cables.
