You will need a receiver/amplifier for these speakers to output audio. Speakers wires are needed in connecting these speakers to the receiver/ amplifier. Thanks, >Joffrey
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are just speakers. You need a source with an amp in it to use them. You could connect them to anything from a receiver to a sound bar that has additional terminals for surround. Technically you could splice a 3.5mm jack and hook them straight up to your computer or ipod but those aren't nearly strong enough to power these speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would need a receiver or an amplifier to be able to play computer sound through these. In my case, by laptop connects to the receiver with RCA to 3.5 mm plugs and as far as I know an iPod can connect to a receiver or amplifier the same way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would be best to use a receiver so there is an amplifier, connecting these straight to an iPod would sound horrible. I've used a Beats portable speaker to plug an iPod into then connect the speakers to the headphone jack and that worked well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.By using other devices that support Bluetooth through a receiver
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would need to get a receiver or an amplifier. Hook up your iPod/CD player/tablet to the amp, then run the speakers. However, the amp would need the proper speaker connections to work or you'd have to rig something up. Receiver would be best option.
