“I was told these speakers would be great for my 20ish year old JVC AM/FM dual cassette 6-CD changer system.They didnt say the cables would not be compatible. I have no clue about technology. Are there cables that I can purchase to fit both?? HELP !!”

You just need to unscrew the caps and run the speaker through the inside post, not the caps themselves.
