Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you will need some sort of home theater received or power amplifier that will hook up to your tv. A basic home theater receiver with 5 channels of amplification would work. You could power left, right, center and two rear surround speakers with a 5 channel receiver. These speakers would be a great low cost way to get started in a nice home theater system. Don't forget to add a subwoofer first chance you get, that will complete your basic home theater system.
