Most (if not all for the last two decades) tvs have optical input. If yours is older and doesn't have BT or doesnt support hdmi arc output you can buy a simple cheap receiver and buy something like these. Sony makes amazing audio receivers for less than $200 that'll power these speakers if you're looking for tower speakers and full sound with a dedicated subwoofer to add on. Otherwise you can look into soundbars that also use optical input if you just want extra sound that isn't coming from the tv built in speakers. Hope that helps!
