• Has a battery, USB cord, but no memory card. Extra batteries, external charger are very useful. 16 to 32 megabyte cards hold thousands of pictures.

• Yes usb. Yes battery no memory card and you have to have it to sign up for the WiFi software and iPhone and computer transfer. I went thri hours of getting. Stopped along the way setting it all up only to have customer support lead to this.
