A:Answer128 gigabits is a huge amount of storage. Unless you plan to take a lot of video footage or spend every waking moment of your vacation looking at or through a viewfinder you really do not need a card that big. I am attaching information from Sandisk to help you out. The camera might handle a card that large, I do not know. I know that I used a 64 gigSDRAM card for a week in Greece and I have plenty of space for later trips. I took over 500 pics but only about 7 minutes of video.

A:AnswerHi SkyBluRainicorn, Try to play the videos using the camera. If the videos are fine, then it could be your computer. To further isolate this issue, you may follow the guidelines from this link: https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/42031
