QuestionMy sony hx80 won't turn on. I was filming and randomly turned off and the lens were stuck and I pushed the lens back in. I'm not sure what to do

- Answer Hi Art11, There is a risk of hardware damage if you manually force the lens in or out. If this occurs, turn the power of the camera off and then back on again. You may also eject the battery pack then reinsert it into the camera, turn the power back on and check if the drive part of the lens moves properly. -Jerome

- Answer No, this camera does not have an intervalometer. Therefore it does not have a "time-lapse" mode. However, if you record a video and speed up the video in a video editing software, that would be the workaround.

- Answer Yes, you can see yourself on the screen. The camera's screen flips upward (180degrees) to accommodate selfies, videos, etc.

- Answer Hi KarinaAriana, this camera can zoom in 30x optically for you to focus on far away subjects clearly. We suggest using a high class card with a large memory capacity so she can shoot both images and videos without running out. Thanks_Mitch
