A:Answer This is not the best low-light ambient (non-flash) camera. Even at the highest ISO setting, it's the relatively small opening of the lens (the apertures) that prevent you from getting a high enough shutter speed to freeze action in the dark tunnels like the Pirates ride. In short, you're going to get a lot of blurry photos. The flash is pretty effective, but it does take away from the natural lighting of the various scenes you see on the ride, and because it's small, the range is only effective to a certain distance. It may not be good enough to light the whole scene. It's the price you pay for a compact pocket camera. If you like this size camera and features, consider moving up to the Sony RX-100 series. The III, IV and V all have the same viewfinder display as the HX-80, but have a much larger sensor that is more light sensitive, plus lenses with bigger openings that can let you get away with non-flash shots such as the ones you're looking to capture. RX series is a lot more money though, but price = performance in cameras.
