QuestionI was told by Customer care from Best buy that this camera can record video for 2+ hrs continuously for a single charge of the battery fully and provided i have a memory of 128GB.But you have told it could record only for 29 min at one time. Pls clarif

- Answer Hi, Laki! Continuous shooting is possible for approximately 29 minutes at one time at the product's default settings and when the temperature is approximately 25°C (77°F). ~Ralph

- Answer Hi the RX10 does offer 8.33x optical zoom range with its built in lens which is equivalent of 24-200mm (35mm full frame). So the max zoom range of RX10 would be at 200mm.

QuestionI purchased a sony a6000. I am having trouble understanding the set up / connecting to iphone....etc... Will the cyber shot dsc-rx10 be as difficult to operate as the a6000? Will the photo quality be as goood? What is the zoom on this camera?

- Answer The photo quality will be similar but the a6000 will have higher megapixels (24mp vs 20mp) and higher ISO sensitivity (25600 vs 12800) for low light scenes. The zoom on the DSC-RX10 will be 24-200mm (35MM FORMAT EQUIVALENT). The advantage for choosing RX10 over a6000 will be built-in image stabilization and weather sealing for shooting under extreme conditions. QuestionDoes this camera have date stamp? Will the date be written on the front of the photos? Also, does this camera have auto flash where the flash pops up as needed and not manually pushed for it to pop up? My Sony DSC-H1 had these options and I liked them.

- Answer Hi! You can print images with the date superimposed if the printer or the software can recognize Exif information. you need to press the (Flash pop-up) button to pop up the flash. -Anthony

QuestionDoes this camera have trimming option? Can this camera trim within the camera without having to use computer software to crop/trim photos? My old Sony DSC-H1 was able to trim in camera, can this camera do that?
