“Could I recover an accidental deletion? I am not sure what happened, I was listening to the recording yesterday day and today when I went back to take a look at it.. it was gone. What can I do? I really need it.”

Hi Maggie, We apologize but there's no way to recover any file deleted in the recover. We highly recommend to back-up all the files recorded in your PC in cases like this. Thanks, >Joffrey
