While many devices last much longer, the manufacturer-supported lifetime of an electronic product is measured by the factory warranty. This voice recorder has a one-year warranty for parts and 90 days for labor. Currently, a two-year Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan is available for this product for an additional fee.
