• You log into Sony.com, create an account and download the software. Pretty good software and you can pick and choose what you want to download. You can send your pics anywhere you want.

• Hi ddc4289, the software to be used is the PlayMemories Home. Go to the following URL, then install PlayMemories Home. www.sony.net/pm/ . You can export those photos to your facebook afterwards. Regards, Jen
