The battery is internal, cannot be taken out. You just plug the camera into an outlet to charge, like a smart phone. I ordered the SD card that they suggested, my old card did not work even though it was a Sony. Also, to download pics on you computer, you can do this through a USB port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is flat but I believe you need to use the one Sony offers. I’m disappointed with this camera. I only bought it because it’s already set up with my software. My first one last less than a year. The camera is cheap and not worth it.
