Hi there, For Windows computer, please follow the steps below: 1. Connect the camera to the computer via the supplied USB cable. 2. Turn on the camera. 3. Autoplay window will pop up 4. Choose the Import pictures and Videos using Windows 5. Another window will pop up on the lower right corner of the computer. Click the “Import Setting” 6. Check the box of your desired option then click OK. 7. Repeat steps #1 and #2 to validate the actions. -Jen
