If I remember correctly, the warranty is 90 days ... but I didn't pay much attention to the warranty disclaimer because I bought the Best Buy 3year extended warranty for $49.95 ... it covers everything except loss. I had one for a couple years then when out at the lake one afternoon I'd set it on the hood of the truck, I was backing up re-positioning the truck and didn't see it slide off and I accidentally ran over it. Wish I'd taken a picture of the camera, it was on hard dirt but it was mashed! I had my doubts they would do anything about it but they gave me a brand new identical model camera! I was so impressed I bought the same warranty for the second camera too!
