Can this DVD player be hooked up to new Visio TV? The cable that came with it has 3 wires to plug in but TV only has 2. What do I do to hook it up and get it working? null

Hi Lgdinmontana, The player should be connected to a television via RCA analog connection. It is composed of three wires commonly for Audio and video signal. All three wires should be connected to the television. -Jerome

Yes, that's what I have it hooked to. I used the red, yellow and white audio video cable.

The three wires should connect to the Vizio HDTV via component. Please verify that there are three colored ports on the TV (green, red, blue).
