On your universal remote it is vid 3. Sony is no help what so ever. When I tried to hook up my Sony DVD player. I went on line and put the model # in the back of their diagram did not match my back of the DVD player. I had in and out. I only had out plug holes. Called and still waiting for them to get back to me that was 3 weeks ago. I finally got it to work it took me hours. I have Directv and I didn't want to unplug anything and lose Directv.
