• If you purchased the product from Best Buy, call the store and set up an appointment. In my case, I bought a smart tv and a dvd player. A Best Buy technician helped me set up the tv and dvd player and, if I remember correctly, I was not charged for the service.

• Ms. Barbie, its really easy it depends on your TV for this DVD player. I like it because I use lot in my office. If you have total tech from best buy they will do it for you.
