no to blu-ray according to info I got, but I don't have any blu-ray so I can't try a disc for you I bought it as a inexpensive cd player for a subsystem I use yes but it depends on your tv inputs you can do it by standard phono plugs (yellow video and r/l audio)- by co-ax cable - or video component cables and audio as above==== but no hdmi outpputs hope that helps
