“I have a sony disc player. I lost the sound after I played disc. how do I get sound back”

Hi Henry Sounds like your audio ports to your dvd player might not be plugged in right. Did you have sound when playing the disk? If you did have sound but not now try checking your mute button on the tv incase the volume was muted or the turned way down, check the audio ports that are connected to the dvd player and make sure they are connected to the back of your tv via the red, white cables to the audio out port. This should help. If not let contact contact back or get help fr best buy. Hope this helps fix the problem

It’s usually the hdmi cable. Unplug it from the DVD player then put it back in. If the sound comes back you need a new cable
