• I would finalize the disc, when both have been used. Just make sure that you have the correct side and don't record over it.

• I have done the finalize both both ways: a) after each side is full and b) after the entire disc (both sides) is full. You are finallizing both siodes so that you can place the disc in any other player to see the video. Good Lick

• Each side of the Sony Double-sided mini DVD-R Disc has to be finalized separately in the Sony DCR-DVD92 Camcorder.
