- A:Answer Hi Pinky, great question! The E10 will not work with Apple TV devices for audio streaming. The Sony CRE-E10 OTC hearing aids offer audio streaming (media or phone call) when used with Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod devices with iOS version 13 or higher installed. Sony OTC hearing aids are not compatible with Bluetooth streaming on Android devices. Erin

- A:Answer Great question! The CRE-E10s come with a one year warranty which covers battery issues. There are also protection plans that you can purchase on sony's website within 90 days of purchase to extend this coverage. If battery replacement is need outside of warranty this would need to go in for repair. Erin
