• You can not control the volume but can answer your call while pressing the button on the microphone.

• Hi Chamber777, This unit does not have an in-line volume control. The following operations are available with iPhone: Plays/pauses a track of the connected iPhone product with a single press. Skips to the next track with a double press. Skips to the previous track with a triple press. «Jerome
