- Answer Yes. I have it on an A5000 and it works perfectly. Just remember that it will be cropped to about 42mm on these smaller sensors.

QuestionIn the description it shows that it has in image stabilization, but on Sony’s website or anywhere else it says it doesn’t? I just want to clarify before purchasing.

- Answer Hi Rikki, the lens will work on the a3000 with some exceptions : The SteadyShot is not supported. When a dedicated ultra-wide converter (SEL075UWC) is attached, the Exif lens name is recorded as "FE 21mm F2.8." Also, when the dedicated fisheye converter (SEL057FEC) is attached, the Exif lens name is recorded as "FE 16mm F3.5 Fisheye."

- Answer Hi RichardBoboljov, the Sony FE 28mm F2 does have auto-focus capability. You can use this lens both in auto-focus and manual focus mode by changing the focus setting on the camera body.
