• No - A65 and A99 are a-mount cameras. This lens is an e-mount and can't be adapted to a-mount because of flange distance to sensor.

• No you would need to purchase the E mount - A mount adapter. It is an E-mount lens

• No, this lens is specifically an FE mount for the mirrorless Sony line. It is intended for use on cameras such as the A7RII and other mirrorless Sony cameras. While adapters exist to use A mount lenses on E mount cameras, I'm not aware of a reverse adapter.
