Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No not supposed to be with the refurbished player . I didn’t receive the manual with mine. Just go into the settings on the player and the manual is already there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't get a manual either, but, when you turn on the unit, just go to the "Set Up" Menu on the TV or projected screen and "go thru the setup" from there....There is a manual online, but I didn't find that I needed it. However, I'm a firm believer in sending a "written and printed" manual with every electronic product. This seems to be the new way to do things in the electronics industry. They put the manuals online, but don't send printed manuals often these days. I just purchased an Epson $3000 5K Ultra Projector and didn't get a printed manual. It's online, but, unless you have a printed manual, it's rather hard to even change out a projector lamp without it, or service the projector properly. There was a "quick start" set up page included, but that shouldn't be the case with a $3000 projector. A printed manual should be included. The "Industry" as a whole is getting a lot less interested in their customer base in this regard. Not everyone has the intuitive know how to deal with new electronic devices without the use of a printed users manual.
