Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your unit should have came with a remote. Would advise contact where purchased? I purchased refurbished and had a remote enclosed. Mine was thru BestBuy.

Refurbished means that it has been checked out. If it’s missing items it should be classified as open box and fair as the condition.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also purchased a refurbished Sony UBP-X800. It did however come with a remote. In fact, the player and remote came in a factory box, no HDMI cable though. Don't know if the refurb unit is supposed to come with a remote or not.
