“I have used my refurbished Sony wireless headphones for a week now and for the first 4 days, everything worked well. Now I get the TV voice but also get constant static through the headset making it difficult to hear the audio. Any suggestions ?”

click the audio tuning button on the bottom of right side headphone to tune, static will stop
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did anything in the area change? Sounds like you are picking interfernce from something in the area.Try turning off different things in the house one at a time and see if it helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.How far away is the receiver? The range on these affected by distance. If it was fine and then started the static, I'd return them. There is a reason they are refurbs.
