• It won't matter...Ghosts are invisible and because they are dead, they have no heat signature.....so I would save your money.

• The nightshot in this camcorder is excellent. You wont be disappointed. And it will play well with other IR equipment.

• If your ghost hunting with it then I definitely recommend this recorder. If the spirit is there any camera could catch it. However I believe this recorder has better definition. I ghost hunt myself.
