“So the specs say to operate this camera in 50F to 86F, is this accurate? cause it gets cold and very hot were I live. I like the ax43, but the 53 has more features.”

Hi, this is the correct range (AX53) : Operating temperature: 0 °C to 40 °C (32 °F to 104 °F) and Storage temperature: –20 °C to +60 °C (–4 °F to +140 °F).
