“Hi, I bought a Sony FDR-AX53 Handycam 4K and a memory card that can shoot 4K videos a few months ago from a BestBuy in BC. With all the settings for 4K video on the menu, it shoots only Mp-4 in dual recordings, not 4K. Any solution?”

Hi Josh, The file structure has the video files under PRIVATE /M4ROOT/CLIP and the file extension will be .mp4 please check to see if those files are there and in 4K resolution.
