- Answer Hi MachoMan, Sony cameras and camcorders have been proven to work with Sony, SanDisk, Toshiba and Panasonic SD cards. We recommend using SDXC Class 10 or higher cards when shooting in 4K. Thanks_Mitch

However, you will need to use a video capture card to be able to use it for streaming. If you're looking for a camera mainly for streaming purpose, you might want to check our ZV1F camera specifically tailored for streaming cause it has built in live streaming feature. The FDR-AX53 records videos in high-definition quality, and you can transfer these videos to your computer. Once the videos are on your computer, you can use burning software to create a DVD with the recorded videos. There are several burning software options available, you may use our Software PlayMemories Home. Regarding the recording time it varies depending on the file size of the videos.
