Yes, it comes with software you can download from the Cams Rom via USB-type-A MTP or PtP modes or download it from online. free or you can HDMI OUT live and record to desktop or other recording device, I wouldn't recommend this tho, use it stationary on a tripod for that, the micro USB port can damage easily. Also, use a portable micro SD card. also, edit inside camcorder.
