“We just purchased this speaker yesterday but the volume is too low,, so low that my smaller Harmon speakers sound louder and crispier. It does not provide the full bass and sound quality I expected that I am considering returning it. Please advice.”

Try turning up the volume from your phone itself. I actually returned mine because it didn’t have good separation of sound and it was loud but still too muffled for me. For the price I expected a more crisp sound.
