“Does VRR and ALLM only apply to gaming and not 4k movies? I have the ubp-x800m2 player and want to make sure I'm getting everything out of my 4k disks. Does this soundbar allow for that in pass through or should I be hooking up the player directly to TV?”

Hi Snowynorth, Thanks for the question! While VRR and ALLM are primarily designed for gaming, they are also beneficial for other types of content, including 4K movies. The HTA7000 soundbar supports 4K passthrough. This means that it can receive signal from your source device (like gaming console or Blu-ray player) and pass it on your TV, maintaining the 4K resolution.
