Hi Mor123j, The front center speaker is usually the one that produces sound when playing a dialogue. To check on this, please try using a different source. We recommend using the Sound Field Optimization feature. This will measure the position of each speaker and optimizes the sound to your room. May we contact you for more information? If so, please email the below information to [email protected] Apologies if you disclosed some of this information in your review and to customer service, we just want to ensure that we have your accurate details at the time of communication. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The front center speaker is the one that produces the majority of the dialogue. Having said that I think the other speakers probably produce a very faint amount so that it all blends at the front. When sitting and watching it should not be obvious that the sound is coming from that specific center speaker rather it should appear that the sound while centralized in the middle is coming from the entire area of the television and sound bar. Perhaps set up needs to be run again? Also, if you pair this with one of the new Sony TVs I discovered that it uses the TV speaker as the center channel instead of the sound bar taking the dialogue load off of the bar. I have the A80J which offers that feature.
