“I know this is set up to work with the Sony OLED tv's with the center sound coming from the TV speakers, but I have the LG CX OLED tv. Will this still work well with this setup without the sound from the TV? I want it mostly for movies!”

Hi KPUCK, Thank you for your inquiry. If you are referring to the TV Center Speaker Mode. This feature is only available for TV's that has the TV Center Speaker Mode feature. However, there are various settings and Sound Field Adjustment that you can utilize to get the most out of the HTA700 and we guarantee that this will elevate the quality of your audio when watching movies or playing music! Please try again later.So I’m using this with a Sony TV that supports the center channel output but when I did the comparison of not using it, I noticed that it has little impact on the overall sound quality. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to have a louder center channel but regardless of that, this is an amazing soundbar. If anything impacts the performance more, it’s the optional woofer (I went with the 200W) and the rear channel. Those really make a huge impact
